Over the past couple of years I have purchased “stuff” from this company without any problems.  The price is right, it’s free shipping but you do have to wait 2 or 3 weeks.

Now I am quite sure that a lot of people have had to deal with an ICC (Indian Call Center), but try dealing with the Chinese via email!!!

I hope you make the time to read this transcript of my dealings with them so far.

Email send:

Very upset! After waiting over a month, the J-one arrived and does not work. The touch screen sometimes works for a while or until a sleep mode. After that I cannot do anything with the touch screen. PLEASE DON’T tell me I have to wait 7 days before I send this RMA.. I don’t need 7 days to tell me it does not work. Please send me a replacement ASAP, not in 33 days! So very disappointed……

I live in a small (15000 people) farming town! There is no place to get the phone repaired. Anyhow I purchased a new, working phone not a repaired one. Please send a replacement asap. Thanks

How many times do I have to say that this phone is broken and does not work. It has no use to me what so ever! It might as well be a block of cement. SO PLEASE sort out this and send me a new one as soon as possible! And NOT BY 35 DAY POST… I have now waited 45 days for a working phone, and still don’t have anything to show for it….

Just look it up yourself http://www.royalmail.com/price-finder Anyhow, it’s £12.50 (US$20) for 5 day or £10.15 (US$16) for 56 day. Is it worth it to you? Has my replacement shipped, can you provide me with the tracking number and when should I expect it. I HOPE you have NOT shipped it 40 day shipping like last time!! It has now been over 6 weeks since I ordered the phone.

What the heck do you have to discuss!!!! I PAID for a PHONE 7 WEEKS AGO. I have a broken phone that is no use to anyone! SO JUST SEND ME WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR!!!!! So, as I understand it:

Option 1) I keep a useless broken phone and get a coupon for $25 in exchange for the $72 I HAVE PAID TO YOU!!!!!

Option 2) I return the phone and WAIT EVEN MORE TIME till I get my FULL refund!!! You will pay my $10 shipping, WHEN I TOLD YOU IT WILL COST $20 5 emails AGO..!!!!

At what point is the CUSTOMER RIGHT with dealing with you people???

Update!!!   They have agreed to send me a replacement and I don’t have to return the broken one…  Now all I have to do is wait the 4 WEEKS for it to get here…..
